A journey that Mr Ravindra Kumar Tummala started in 2002, The Spicy Venue was initially a takeaway joint and a party hall and became a restaurant later on. Well known for its fine representation of Telugu food, The Spicy Venue is now run by Mr Sampath Srinivas Tummala and has recently expanded to multiple outlets in the city and enjoys a presence in Vijayawada and Vizag too!

The name of the restaurant, ‘The Spicy Venue’, has over time, become synonymous with the food they serve. The Telugu cuisine that they have been serving for over two decades, is made with the perfect blend of spices and a large offering of commitment and dedication. The ambience of their restaurants is warm and welcoming. The interiors are basic with elegant lighting and cushioned seating, for the comfort of diners. Their A’la Carte menu consists of predominantly Telugu, North Indian & Chinese delicacies to cater to a large gourmand. 

The Spicy Venue’s must-try non-vegetarian dishes include the MLA Potlam Biryani, Special Chepa Vepudu (boneless fish fry), Bommidala Pulusu (fish), Nattu Kodi Pulusu (Country Chicken), Gongura Mamsum Curry (mutton), Kakinada Peethala Iguru (crabs), Royyala Iguru (prawns) and Nellore Chepala Pulusu (Murrel fish). Vegetarians also have a long list of dishes to choose from on the menu, such as the authentic vegetarian Thali, Sivangi Pulusu, Chinna Ullipaya Pulusu, Ragi Sankati which is sure to leave you impressed. When dining at The Spicy Venue, your meal is incomplete without getting your hands on their Apricot Delight, or Trifle pudding.
