Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL) has launched a first-of-its-kind, tech-enabled initiative in partnership with ClearTax, aimed at empowering its gig workforce. Over 1 lakh Domino’s delivery partners can now easily file their Income Tax Returns (ITRs) and access TDS refunds through a digital platform, with refund amounts available upfront.
The program is expected to channel over Rs 1 crore in refunds directly to delivery partners, reinforcing JFL’s commitment to their financial wellbeing beyond daily earnings. “Our delivery partners are the backbone of Domino’s,” said Sameer Batra, President and Chief Business Officer, JFL. “By facilitating easy access to TDS refunds, we support their financial stability and formal financial inclusion. People-first initiatives at scale can truly make a difference in the lives of our gig workforce.”
